Last updated November 4, 2026
Financial Strategies Group, LLC (“FSG,” “we”) is committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of the information you share with us. This policy explains how we treat information gathered through this website (the “Site”).
Information you give us
We collect only the personally identifiable information you choose to send through the Site, such as your name, email address, phone number, state, firm and the message you write. We use it to reply to you, to follow up on your request, and to tell you about FSG’s services when you have asked to hear from us.
Messages sent through the Site are stored in FSG’s customer records system and shared only with FSG staff and the professionals who work with FSG, as needed to respond to you. We do not sell your information, and we do not release it to any other third party without your authorization, except as described below.
Information your browser sends
Like most websites, our servers receive information your browser sends automatically, such as your IP address and the page that linked you here. We use it to run and secure the Site and to diagnose problems. To keep automated spam out, the contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.
Site analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site, such as which pages are read and whether the contact form was sent. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives information about your visit, such as the pages you view and the general area you are browsing from. It does not receive your name, email address, phone number or anything you write in the form. The Site does not use advertising cookies. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We will remove your email address from our contact list whenever you ask, and every automated email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, including SMARTTRACK℠. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites, and this policy does not cover them.
Disclosure required by law
We may disclose information if required by law, legal process or a government agency, or when requested by law enforcement investigating a claim of illegal activity.
Retention and security
We keep your information as long as needed to respond to you, provide services and keep accurate records. We take reasonable precautions to protect it from loss, misuse and alteration. No electronic communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes and questions
We may update this policy from time to time and will post any change here. Questions about this policy can go to 818‑552‑0800 or admin@fsgmo.com.
